Acceptable Use & Academic Honesty

Qondi is here to help you learn. These rules keep it fair, legal and safe for everyone.

Learn, don't cheat

• Follow your school's or university's rules. Many don't allow AI help during tests, exams or graded assignments, or require you to say when you've used it. Those rules apply to you. Breaking them can have serious consequences.
• Don't use Qondi during a live test or exam unless your teacher or lecturer allows it.
• Don't hand in Qondi's words as your own where that isn't allowed. Qondi is designed to guide you to the answer rather than write it for you, and it may refuse if something looks like a live assessment.
• If you're allowed to use AI help, say so where your institution asks you to.

Don't upload what isn't yours to share

• Only upload material you're allowed to use for your own study. For example, your own notes, or course material and past papers you have legitimate access to. See Copyright & Takedown.
• Don't upload other people's personal information, such as class lists, other learners' marks, private messages or photos of other people.

Don't misuse Qondi

You may not use Qondi to:

• create or share anything illegal, hateful, sexual involving minors, harassing or violent, or anything that promotes self-harm;
• try to get around Qondi's safety rules, extract its instructions, or make it act against these rules;
• break into, overload, scrape, copy or reverse-engineer the service, or test its security without our written permission;
• share, sell or rent your account, or let others use it;
• pretend to be someone else, including creating an account for someone without their permission.

What happens if the rules are broken

Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close the account, as set out in our Terms. We may report illegal activity to the authorities where the law requires or allows.
